Yes, we offer wardrobes where you can store your belongings and we offer a place where you can leave your shoes. Please note that this is at your own risk, not all wardrobes are secured/closed off.
We do not offer closed changing rooms at the locations, so if you come to yoga workshops we advise to come dressed in your yoga clothes.
The two yoga locations this year are the Duif and the Vondelkerk, and our event partner Manduka provides mats and props for all yoga-workshops. If you prefer to use your own mat, feel free to bring it and use it.
Please note that we do not provide mats for the concerts in de Zuiderkerk and in the Vondelkerk on Saturday Night. So please bring something to lie on comfortabily.
It will not be possible to have a shower in the locations. Freshening up is possible in every venue.
Nope. None whatsoever at all. Dive in and start your experience!
Dress however you please. Although for specific yoga workshops it is a good idea to come dressed in your yoga outfit due to the absence of dressing rooms. Since all workshops will be in big churches that might cool down a bit, it can be wise to bring something to keep you warm.
All locations are accessible by wheelchair. We have disability toilets available inside.

Not necessary, we use ticket scanners to scan your ticket, either from your smartphone of a printed ticket. Whatever you prefer.
You can get your wristband at the location where you will attend your first workshop, our hosts will scan your ticket (printed or on your smartphone) and will give you a wristband. You can just show your wristband at your next location to indicate that your tickets was already checked.
Please arrive early at your first workshop so there is enough time to have your tickets scanned, and to let the workshop start on time.
Sure, you're very welcome! You can't book this workshop with a Saterday-ticket though, just show up with your wristband/ticket and we will let you in. You will also be perfectly able to join the closing meditation via our Facebook stream.
Yes, you need to select the workshops that you want to attend. This will be possible mid-September, and you will receive an email with instructions.
Before you've received this email, it is not possible to login and select workshops.
Unfortunately the workshops are booked on a first come, first serve basis. But there might still be an opportunity, although slim, to join a fully booked workshop by checking the timetable and see if a spot opens up if people change their path. And if you really want, you can come to the location and see if there are no-shows… But both options are not guaranteed.
We are already at the max of our capacity so we unfortunately can not increase the capacity.
You can find your Order Number on your ticket, your Order # looks something like this: 1032555021
Not to be confused with the longer Ticket Number, this is not the correct one.
If you still experience issues, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you out!
Please wait 15 minutes and try again, there is a little delay in syncing our tools. So 15 minutes after purchasing your ticket, you should not see this message anymore.
Sure, we will be making all kinds of maps available soon, we are currently in the process of finalising our partnerships with food & drink partners. After this, we will create a map of all workshop locations and other points of interests during the conference. This might be useful when finding your way across the city or when you fancy a coffee, juice or salad.
Since most of the locations will be similar to last year's conference , your can have a look at last years maps to get an idea: check out this blog post.
Yes, all venues are easily to reach by bike.
