In hindsight, the most difficult part of his life so far eventually resulted in taking the best and most courageous decision to that date. Breathing turned out to be the best way for Rob to relax, to reconnect with his boundaries and to step back into the driver's seat of his own life.
Soon after Rob Koning started his own breath practice in Amsterdam, and Mr. Breath was born. Rob is a vigorous person with great empathic skills, and has the special ability to come right to the point.
